Each hat is unique, varied patterns. Size is for babies up to 18 months.

Colors vary in each of these hand made unique alpaca hats. Please select desired main background color from available options using the selection below. Note that in our current set brown is more of a lighter shade, closer to fawn.

The Infant Natural Knit Alpaca Chullo Hat with Ear Flaps are handmade in Andean alpaca communities which are often set in beautiful locations at altitudes of 12,000+ feet. People there live a primitive existance in harmony with nature and alpacas. There is not a great need for money, sale prices are low. In contast machine spun alpaca costs significantly more. We purchase these under Fair Trade conditions from local knitters (see our articles link for details).
