Shipping policy

We ship fast, typically! 

Often within 24 hrs or even same day.  We do our best to get orders out fast.

But there are exceptions.  In the slower summer season we typically ship within a 1-3 days. As a small family run "mom-n-pop" business there are occasions where shipping could be slowed. For example, with a 3-day holiday a late Friday order could ship on Tuesday.  Occasionally we may be out of town for an extended weekend so a friday order might not go until Monday or a Monday order until Tuesday. 

Note, selecting "Expedited" of "Priority" shipping like USPS Priority Mail does not necessarily get your order out the same or next day. It means we pay for that service when we ship your order.  We cannot guarantee that the mail carriers will deliver as claimed. 

We don't want you to be disappointed due to unmet expectations. If you have a deadline, contact us first or mention the deadline ("fill by or kill/cancel order") in the checkout comments. 

All shipped orders automatically send an email with notification of shipping, method used, and a tracking number for the order.  You can also login to your PurelyAlpaca.com account to see shipping records on your order(s).
