About the Alpaca Blanket Project
Started in 2005, the alpaca blanket project was the dream of Peter and
Carol Lundberg of the Pacific Northwest to produce an affordable, attractive
and absolutely excellent quality product using alpaca fiber grown by Mom-n-Pop
farms right here in the USA. Many many alpaca farms joined into this worthy
goal. Today, after much effort and community support, the Alpaca Blanket
Project is producing top quality commercially made alpaca blanket throws.
